1. PRODUCTS & HANDMADE NATURE
DSB Resin Creations specializes in handmade and personalized epoxy resin creations.
Because each item is individually handcrafted, slight variations in color, pattern, placement, texture, glitter, flowers, decorative elements, or other materials may occur. Small bubbles or minor natural variations may also be present as part of the handmade resin process.
These variations make each piece unique and are not necessarily considered defects.
Product photographs are intended to represent our creations as accurately as possible; however, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and the handmade nature of the product.
2. CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization information when placing an order, including names, dates, spelling, colors, photographs, wording, or other requested details.
Please carefully review all information before submitting your order.
DSB Resin Creations is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided or approved by the customer.
If we provide a design proof for approval, production may begin after the customer approves the design. Once approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible.
3. PHOTOS, LOGOS & CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED MATERIALS
By submitting photographs, logos, names, artwork, text, or other materials for personalization, you confirm that you have the right or permission to use those materials for the requested product.
Customers should provide clear, high-quality images whenever photographs or artwork will be incorporated into a design.
DSB Resin Creations reserves the right to decline requests containing material that we cannot legally or appropriately reproduce.
4. ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME
Our products are handmade and may require time for designing, preparation, resin pouring, curing, finishing, and quality inspection.
Estimated production times may vary depending on the product, complexity of customization, quantity ordered, and current order volume.
Any production or delivery date provided is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be completed through the payment methods available on our website.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other fees will be displayed when required during checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-description errors and to update prices when necessary.
6. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Because personalized products are made specifically for each customer, cancellation or modification requests should be submitted as soon as possible.
Once design work or production has begun, an order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification.
7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our products, customized items are generally final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind, incorrect personalization submitted by the customer, or normal handmade variations.
However, we want customers to receive their orders in good condition. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the order placed, please contact us promptly after delivery and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.
After reviewing the issue, DSB Resin Creations may, as appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, store credit, partial refund, or refund.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other transportation disruptions.
If a package is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.
9. CARE OF RESIN PRODUCTS
Epoxy resin products should be handled with reasonable care.
Unless a particular product is specifically described otherwise, customers should avoid prolonged exposure to excessive heat, direct sunlight, harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and conditions that could damage the resin or decorative materials.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, the DSB Resin Creations name, logo, website content, original photographs, graphics, product designs, and other original materials belonging to DSB Resin Creations may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
Customer-owned photographs, logos, and other customer-supplied materials remain the property of their respective owners.
11. WEBSITE USE
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders when reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailable materials, inappropriate customization requests, or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel a paid order that has not been fulfilled, any amount due back to the customer will be refunded as appropriate.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DSB Resin Creations will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of our products or website.
Customers are responsible for following any product-specific use, safety, and care instructions provided with their purchase.
